Graphic File Preparation Guide
Follow these guidelines to ensure smooth production and avoid delays. Properly prepared files = faster turnaround.
We strongly recommend using current Adobe Creative Cloud applications, which are fully compatible with modern RIP software and print workflows:
Legacy versions (CS2-CS6) are no longer supported due to compatibility, font, and color-management limitations.
- Design at 1:10 scale (recommended for large-format graphics)
- Example: 120" final size = 12" at 1:10 scale
- Full scale (1:1) files are acceptable only if file size allows
- Clearly label scale in the file name or notes
Critical for accurate results
Color Mode Requirements:
- Color Mode: CMYK - Set before you begin designing
- Do NOT embed or assign ICC color profiles
- RGB files may result in color shifts and production delays
Pantone / Spot Colors:
- Use Pantone Color Bridge (Coated) only
- Spot colors must be clearly identified
- If exact color matching is required: $50 per color proof
- Signed approval required before production
