At Sign of a Good Time, we stand behind our products and services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for different product categories.

Digital Products & Downloads

Includes: Templates, guides, toolkits, digital frameworks, and downloadable resources.

  • Refund Window: 14 days from purchase date
  • Condition: If you are unsatisfied with the product and have not substantially used or implemented the materials
  • Process: Contact us via our contact form with your order number and reason for refund
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Courses & Training Programs

Includes: Print Academy, online courses, and training programs.

  • Before Course Start: Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before the course begins
  • Within First Week: 50% refund if you withdraw within the first 7 days of access
  • After First Week: No refunds after accessing more than 25% of course content
  • Transfer Option: You may transfer your enrollment to another person before course completion

Services & Custom Work

Includes: Consulting, sign production, custom projects, and professional services.

  • Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your project slot and cover initial planning
  • Before Production: Cancellation before production begins may qualify for partial refund (minus deposit and planning costs)
  • During Production: No refunds once production has begun; you will receive the completed work
  • Quality Guarantee: If the final product does not meet agreed-upon specifications, we will remake it at no additional cost

Consultations & Bookings

Includes: Strategy sessions, consultations, and scheduled calls.

  • Free Consultations: Can be rescheduled or cancelled at any time
  • Paid Sessions: Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours in advance
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once
  • No-Shows: No refund for missed appointments without prior notice

  • !Processing fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable
  • !Promotional or discounted purchases follow the same refund policy
  • !We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of policy abuse
