RGB vs CMYK: RGB colors on screen often look different when printed. Always convert to CMYK and do a test print.

Vibrant colors: Neon and very bright colors don't print well. They'll appear duller on vinyl.

Dark colors: 100% black (K) can look washed out. Use rich black (C40 M30 Y30 K100) for deep blacks.
